The best way to get the most out of the inherent relationship views in TimeStampR is to begin with your own birthday! Then as you add other events, you will know if they should become Child Events of your Birthday event.

Significant milestones in your life certainly belong as Child events under your birthday. Why do so? Simple. Any child event will always automatically display a third timebox that tells you how after the parent event the child event occurred.

So, in this example of Radicle, her timebox shows her exactly how old her father was when she was born. Another example would be to add a child event when you moved into your new apartment, and TimeStampR will automatically show how old you were when you moved.
